Accreditation Renewal Due Dates

Calendar-iconIt's important to understand when each component of your accreditation application is due. Since the Commission reads applications on a rolling basis, each year is divided into rounds. To find out what renewal year and round your accredited land trust has been assigned, download this Excel spreadsheet.

 

2024 Renewal Application Due Dates

Round 4 Renewal

  • Registration opens October 24, 2023 and closes December 21, 2023
  • Pre-application* due February 15, 2024
  • Main Application* due May 17, 2024

*Please note that the pre-application and main application due dates reflect an extension to the original due dates.

Round 5 Renewal

  • Registration opens February 8, 2024 and closes April 2, 2024
  • Pre-application due April 30, 2024
  • Main Application due August 6, 2024

Round 6 Renewal

  • Registration opens May 9, 2024 and closes June 25, 2024
  • Pre-application due July 23, 2024
  • Main Application due November 5, 2024

2025 Renewal Application Due Dates

Round 1 Renewal

  • Registration opens July 29, 2024 closes September 26, 2024 
  • Pre-application due October 30, 2024
  • Main Application due February 5, 2025

Round 2 Renewal

  • Registration opens September 30, 2024 and closes December 5, 2024
  • Pre-application due January 8, 2025
  • Main Application due April 2, 2025

  • Registration opens December 2, 2024 and closes February 6, 2025
  • Pre-application due March 4, 2025

Round 4 Renewal

  • Registration opens March 5, 2025 and closes April 30, 2025
  • Pre-application due May 22, 2025
